The article describes the experience of Germany and Austria in implementing international standards to ensure the protection of criminological and criminal justice. In preparing this article, a set of general and specific scientific research methods was used to define special subjects authorized to perform such criminological activities, the peculiarities of their interaction with the police and other law enforcement agencies, to reveal the content of legislative mandates on the organization and functioning of the Court Security Services and their counterparts, as well as that of the legislation on criminal liability for crimes against justice. On the basis of the research results, perspectives were formulated for improving the activities of the Court Security Service of Ukraine, its interaction with the National Police and other entities of the state and non-state sector in providing criminological protection of justice, as well as the Ukrainian legislation on criminal liability for crimes against justice, taking into account the experience of Germany and Austria in the implementation of internationally recognized standards in this area.

The purpose of the research is financial and legal protection of land from being contaminated with hazardous substances (wastes) as a component of regional environmental policy. Main content. It is known that land contamination by industrial enterprises, through irrational use of agrochemicals and chemical plant protection agents lead to the accumulation of toxins, including heavy metals, pesticides, oil products, radionuclides. Therefore, one of the important factors of improving the legal protection of land, including protection from being contaminated with hazardous substances in Ukraine, consists in taking into account positive experience of those post-Soviet states that have a practical orientation in terms of legislation and achievements in law enforcement activities related to land protection. Methodology: The methodological basis of the research is presented as comparative-legal and systematic analysis, formal-legal method, interpretation method, hermeneutic method as well as methods of analysis and synthesis. Conclusions. The institution of legal land ownership in the post-Soviet Baltic states (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) and Georgia has been disclosed in detail. It is emphasized that the concept of "international cooperation in fight against crimes" is in the sphere of action of various legal systems of both international public law and domestic law of states (countries) taking part in cooperation.". It is established that it is necessary to clearly delineate the subject of international legal regulation of this type of interaction between states and international organizations. Methodology. Review of materials and methods based on analyzing documentary materials of international cooperation in investigating economic crimes of transnational nature. Conclusions. Due to objective reasons and circumstances modern international relations are characterized by expansion of legal cooperation in investigating economic crimes of transnational nature. At the same time, certain entities can be clearly distinguished in the circle of participants of such cooperation. Considering their goals of creation, their range of powers and features of their implementation such entities operate only in the fight against crimes at the international level - these are international law enforcement organizations.
